After picking up your race kit, you need to provide your race bib or bike number to complete the package.

Download your photos directly from the Fotop app. You will also be notified via your registered email address when your photos are available for download.

Photos can be delivered within 3 days after the event is published, in high-resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side).

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

After inserting the race number, bike number or selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable, and can only be changed before the race.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, informing the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event so that your order can be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event by sending an email to sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellations after this period.

If you do not have the minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event by sending an email to sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period.

Refunds and cancellations will be made within 30 days after the request by the payment method used in the order.
